Newhill Football Club Grounds Destroyed

On the 9thof April 2019 It was reported that a group of individuals destroyed Newhill Football Club’s grounds in West Belfast

A car was bought with the sole purpose of using it to cause damage to the pitch.

The gates of the Whiterock Leisure Centre in West Belfast were left unlocked, which allowed the individuals to gain access to the pitch.

The people involved drove the car onto the pitch and then proceeded to burn the car out at the top of the hill.
