Covid-19: How has the lockdown impacted people’s exercise?

Under current lockdown rules in the UK, the government has permitted people to go out for exercise once a day.

As a result of this, more of us have been leaving our homes for exercise to explore the benefits it has for our health.

However, there is some confusion over police advice resulting in questions being raised over whether the police are enforcing certain rules too strictly, with suggestions they’re establishing their own guidelines.
